- Connecting Rods are made from steel forgings, but malleable or spheroid-graphite iron casting or sinter forgings are beginning to be used for smaller engines. These normally have either serrated or groove-and-tongue joints. Split half-shell thin-wall bearings are incorporated in the big-end housing bore.
- We outsource best quality forgings for Connecting Rods from reputable suppliers.
- Having manufacturing line from machining to honing we produce more than 8000 connecting rods every month.
- We use material of Grade CK45 with low alloy chromium in order to maintain good tensile and resistance strength.
- Throughout inspection is carried out for dimensions as well material.
